Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 minutes. If more than 30 minutes have passed since your purchase, then your order has processed and possibly shipped, in which case we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Due to the nature of our products, no returns will be accepted. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

If your order is canceled within the 30-minute time frame, a full refund will be issued. Processing of the refund may take up to 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Sale items are eligible for refund in the amount of the price paid under the same 30-minute time rule as regular refunds.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, no exchanges will be accepted.

Gifts

Items purchased as gifts are treated the same as any other purchase.
